Moses Tan (MSc, BIT, Dip Electronics, Cert-Tech Ed] is an Industry TPM Consultant since 1996. He specializes on TPM as a professional focusing especially on implementation details and methods. He last spent 10 years at Silicon Systems, a Japanese-owned Semiconductor manufacturer with full capabilities from design, foundry, assembly and testing. During this time, he was assigned TPM Training Manager for the last 6 years under the direct supervision of TDK advisory staff located on-site in Singapore . He also worked with TPM counterparts in the United States .

He has since then consulted for both the Process and Discrete Industries achieving many breakthrough results. His expert-areas for consulting includes Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, OEE Improvements by specific methodologies, Quality Maintenance, Why-Why analysis, P-M Analysis. He also consulted for clients wishing to prepare for the JIPM Awards. As a major client commented, he is an Expert in both the implementation know-how and methodologies whereas many others know only the surface and in theory only.
